I'm new to the fandom, community, and LJ, so I procrastinated posting out of fear. Fear that I might look like an idiot. I'm still trying to figure things out. So hopefully I don't screw things up.

The main arc for Ryougoku x Kio has ended (and we hope you have enjoyed it), but you know what they say about an ending being the start of a new beginning - yes, better late than never, here is this week's release - Ai to Yokubou wa Gakuen de v3 c12. We meet the couple that some of you guys have been asking for - the perverted 'Professor' from the 'Abnormal' class, and the hapless host-wannabe caught in his web! (*mumbles*: the top of a class of 'abnormals'...poor Haru, he's so in for it.)

A round of applause to Gii and Haru!! (They're my favourite, personally. The hijinks these two get up to... what do you guys think?)

Ж-Men...but not the ones you might expect!
This week LJ Russia launched Ж-Men, a new comedy series about superheroes, inspired by the LJ communities dedicated to superheros, comics and cartoons. The title's "Ж" comes from ЖЖ, the nickname for LiveJournal in Russia.

Ж-Men's script is written by a group of LJ enthusiasts who also happen to be television professionals. Who knew? Following the premiere, five more episodes will be broadcast over the next two weeks. We hope you find the series fresh and enjoyable.

This is, of course, an experiment for LiveJournal. As always, we'd love to hear what you think!

I neglected to mention this, but a few weeks ago, I just couldn't stand not trying okonomiyaki any longer, looked it up, and have been making it since.

There are lots of ways you can prepare it. >.< I want to eat Miharu's!!! I've found that I really prefer it Hokkaido-style, heavy on the cabbage, whereas my boyfriend prefers it Osaka-style (about 1/8th the cabbage). We both like tons of green onion (because we're so manly like that).

;_; Go out, read about okonomiyaki, and make it every day until you run out of ingredients. It's seriously awesome. I ran over to write this because we're making it for dinner right now. I initially decided to make it because I realized it was easy to make vegetarian versions, and my partner in crime hates the taste of meat. I'm really glad that we learned about it!

>.>;; I also tried garlic soup and banana pancakes because Tom Paris and B'Elanna Torres (respectively) said they were awesome on Star Trek: Voyager. I think people who create our entertainment must love comfort food. Either way, I can really understand Miharu's commitment to his life of indifference and running an okonomiyaki shop. What more could a person need?
